At Skida, we want you to love your gear as much as we loved making it. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in original packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.
Drop Off Package
Take your package to any authorized carrier location; ensure all original tags are attached and the item is in its original condition.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
